Senior Spotlight: Ava

For Ava’s Senior Session, we were going for a small town feel and a natural vibe. I chose two distinct locations to achieve both visions.

I have photographed Ava before at our team shoots and one thing I noticed about Ava was she was just a little reserved at first but it doesn’t take long for her happy and joyful personality to really shine through on camera. It doesn’t take long and she’s got the confidence of a seasoned model.

Ava is a CRHS varsity swimmer and my go-to thrifting expert (who I definitely consulted with prior to having the Thrifting Team Photoshoot) and we both share a love of coffee - so of course I had to incorporate a shot or two of her with a coffee in her hand!

Ava is on Team EmpowHER and one thing the team does at the beginning of the year is create a vision board - I was super impressed with what her goals are and I can’t wait to see what the world holds for Ava - she’s smart, kind, beautiful and a go-getter!
