Senior Spotlight: Kori

I first met Kori’s family a couple of years ago when I photographed her older sister, Kyra for her senior photos. Getting to work with this family again for Kori’s Senior Photos is a dream! They really are such a sweet and kind family!

Before this big day, I met with Kori and her mom to determine what they wanted to showcase so we could customize this shoot to Kori's personality and interests. Kori and her mom really wanted to highlight her involvement in theater and her sound-work, so naturally, we knew that one of her locations had to be the school stage. We played around with the lighting and absolutely love how these images turned out.

In addition to the stage photos, we really wanted the pictures to flow so seamlessly with her sisters senior pictures that are on display in their house - but at the same time be specific to Kori’s individual style. When I photograph siblings, it is important that they have their own session vibe - and aren’t too matchy-matchy. To achieve this, we found locations where her outfits would pop and the lighting would be magical!

Kori’s mom chose our Senior Signature Book and our Classic Collage Wall Art to highlight Kori’s many looks -just like they did for Kyra - ‘cause somethings with sisters should match!
